My Grandparents
I knew the hardest part of this move would be telling my grandparents. I'm extremely close to them. My Grandmother's first words to me were, " you did not ask me if it was okay " not knowing if she was kidding or not until I seen the look in her eye's. At that time I knew I should have talked to them days ago. My Grandfather went on telling me how proud he is of me an my life goals an accomplishments, an that I am giving the Gyurkó's a great name across the Country, at the end of his speech he started to get really teary eyed. if you all knew how close an how much this man has in-patted my life, it really hit home an my heart. Not knowing if these last few weeks will be the last with him. He is 90 years old an sadly it is starting to show. I can only hope to have a few more years to talk an look forward to see when I come home on Vacation. an as for my grandmother, she really did not say anything other than the comment about me not asking her. This time it was all my Grandfather an that never happens. I guess it just lets me know how much I am really loved an going to be missed.

The Big Decision
It all started Tuesday with a email, Then a phone call on Wednesday with a job offer from the owner of the Resort an Spa. He was off for the day but wanted to get a hold of me before it was to late he said. We talked for about 30mins. about the job, He said take a minute an think about it an call him at anytime when I have made a decision. It took me about two hours for it all to set in. I then talked to Karl ( my father ) about it, an he was ready to pack me up an send me on my way then!. I took another minute to think an I called him back an accepted the offer. The first person I told was my best friend Erin, then I text my sister. ( that went just as well as i thought it would have ). Called Karl an let him know I accepted the job. I then went on to let Lilly know we are moving, an she needs to start packing her toys an bones for the over 4000 mile drive to our new life in Fairbanks Alaska. ( she looked at me like I was crazy ). Where I will be the New Executive Officer of Events.
